Broken Links / Can’t find an existing site The World Vision Australia website is constantly updated to provide relevant information. As a result you might find that older sites are moved or archived and their addresses changed. Whilst we try to adjust links you might still find some that return an error. To find out if a site has been changed or deleted please try visiting our site map and adjust any old bookmarks accordingly. Multimedia and File Downloads The World Vision Australia website contains a variety of downloadable documents or multimedia elements such as videos and interactive presentations. These downloads or multimedia may require different software programs to view them. Each downloadable document or multimedia element shows the file type and size in a bracket next to the hyperlink. The following is a list of the different types of files we may have on our site and what program is required to use them.
Screen resolution The site is best viewed with a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels or higher. However, all pages support an 800 x 600 screen resolution. Forms Validation If there is a problem validating any of the information that you have provided, an error message will be displayed to help you complete the form correctly. Navigation Most forms have specific navigation buttons to help you proceed to the next step or returning to the previous step to amend perviosuly provided details. It is advisable to use these buttons rather than the Browser “Back” button. Submission Once a completed form has been submitted there will be a slight delay during processing. Please do not close the Browser or use the Browser “Back” button until you are shown the final confirmation screen, including your transaction reference number.
